Primary Coordinator

I am delighted to be continuing my career here at PACE Springfield International School, taking on the role of Year 6 Teacher and Primary Curriculum Coordinator, bringing with me six years of teaching experience. Alongside these responsibilities, I will also be working towards the NPQSL – National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership.

My career so far has seen me work as a Private Tutor, Teaching Assistant, Class Teacher, and more recently, as Assessment Lead. I am passionate about driving whole-school improvement and have led initiatives in assessment, curriculum design, and data tracking. I have developed many tools for the benefit of our students, and have delivered various CPD sessions to colleagues and staff, to ensure consistency across the school.

With a friendly and collaborative approach, I am committed to building a purposeful, inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, no matter their barrier. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading, pilates, drinking too much coffee, exploring the possibilities of AI, making videos on TikTok & travelling the world!
